- Can I leave my bags in the hotel?
Bags can be left at the luggage deposit until they are picked up.

- What time is the restaurant open?
Our restaurant is open for service from 12:30pm to 1:45pm (last entry) and from 7:30pm and 8:45pm (last entry) .

- What time is breakfast served?
The buffet breakfast is stocked with freshly baked croissants at 7:45am.

- Is it a long walk to the beach ?
Not at all. From your room (you can wear your swimsuit) simply walk through the park to the bathing establishment where beach mattresses and deckchairs are available and a towel is given to each customer who wants one.

- Where can I park my car?
The hotel has a private car park which is closed at night. It has CCTV surveillance which is monitored by our staff. A smaller garage is also available.

- Do the rooms have an internet connection?
Each room has a modem outlet for connecting your computer to the room’s telephone line.
A multimedia point is also located in the hall for internet access with a data-card computer. Wireless internet access is available in the common rooms and in part of the park and rooms.

- Is there a shuttle service from/to the airport and the train station?
We do not have a shuttle service, but a taxi service or minivan can be organised on request for transportation to the C. Colombo Airport of Genoa and the train station which is only 150 metres from the hotel.

- What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards:
American Express - Visa - Diners - Carta Sì - Master Card - Carte Blanche - Bancomat .

- Is there a laundry service available for my clothes?
Laundry, ironing and washing services are available every day, as well as an external dry cleaning service. Each room is equipped with a trouser press.

- Do you have rooms without carpet?
All rooms, except one, have wooden parquet floors.

- WHAT ARE THE HOTELS SAFETY REQUIREMENTS?
Fire safety:
The hotel was updated and certified according to the current fire prevention regulations and every common area and room has fire detectors as well as REI doors. Nine closed circuit television cameras operate in the common areas.

- Intrusion detection and burglar alarm system:
LThe doors of the rooms are equipped with safety and panic locks which do not allow anyone to enter the room when a guest is present. A TV system records what occurs in the corridors and in the main internal and external common areas.
