The City of Genoa steeped in hundreds of years of history was once a powerful centre at the heart of the Italian Republic and residence to the aristocratic ‘Dogi’. It took ten years to fully restore the wonderful Ducal Palace which now functions as a historical building as well as a social centre hosting the city’s cultural shows, exhibitions and initiatives.
