FAQ

What time does my room become available?
We are pleased to welcome you to your room and parking space starting from 3.00pm, or even sooner whenever possible.


What time do I have to leave my room?
Rooms and parking space must be vacated by 12.00pm noon. In case you wish to stay longer please contact reception.


Can I leave my luggage in the Hotel?
Luggage can be stored in the bag-deposit until you collect it.


What are the restaurant opening times?
Our restaurant opens from 12.30pm to 2.00pm (last entrance) and from 7.30pm to 9.00pm (last entrance).


What time is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is up and running at 07.30 with freshly baked croissants.


Is it a long walk to the beach?
Absolutely not.
Even in your swimsuit, just cross the park and you can get to the beach resort where by 9.00am all the deck-chairs and sun-beds are set out. Beach towels are provided on request.


Where can I leave my car?
The hotel has a private paying car park, closed at night with CCTV surveillance checked by our staff (€ 25,00 per day until March 28th for cars up to 4,99mts, € 35,00 over the size - € 30,00 per day starting from March 29th for cars up to 4,99mts, € 40,00 over the size).
A garage with limited space is also available on request (€ 30,00 per day until March 28th for cars up to 4,99mts, € 40,00 over the size - € 40,00 per day starting from March 29th for cars up to 4,99mts, € 50,00 over the size).


What about Internet access at the hotel?
Wi-Fi Super Cisco is free of charge in all areas of the Hotel.


Is there a shuttle bus service that goes to the airport or to the main railway stations?
We don’t have a shuttle service, but we can organise a taxi service or mini-van hire
to go to Genoa C.Colombo airport or to the nearest station which is only 150m from the hotel.


What credit cards are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards:
American Express – Visa – Carta Si – Master Card – Carte Blanche – Cash-point cards.


Is there a laundry service at the hotel?
We have a laundry and ironing service operating at the hotel daily.
Dry cleaning is done externally.
Every room has a trouser press.


Do you have any rooms without fitted carpets?
None of the rooms have fitted carpets.
All the rooms except one have wooden parquet floors.


WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE AT THE HOTEL?

Fire protection:
The hotel’s fire protection measures have been updated and certified according to the current standards.
Every room or area is equipped with smoke detectors as well as special fire doors.
There are 13 short-circuit cameras operating in all common areas.

Burglar Alarms and Security Protection:
Doors to rooms have security and anti-panic locks that cannot be opened if guests are inside the rooms.
Surveillance cameras record corridors as well as internal and external common rooms or spaces. All rooms have safe-boxes.
