FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS:
flexible cancellation in the period 5 June - 31 July and 1 September - 31 December: for reservations from 1 to 7 nights in these periods, it is possible to cancel up to 2 days before arrival. CORONAVIRUS
The Hotel is open and operates taking into consideration the protection rules set by the authorities on every aspect. We are pleased to highlight that the beach and pool service are guaranteed for the 57 rooms, with 72 positions (umbrella with two beds) between the Beach area in various positions, including the panoramic terrace and the outdoor swimming pool with its adjacent lawn. The Wellness Center with the massage and body care service is operating according to the particular rules that regulate this service as well as the Fitness while the SPA with Turkish Bath and Sauna.

What time does my room become available?
We are pleased to welcome you to your room at 14.30hrs, or even sooner if the room has been cleaned.


What time do I have to leave my room?
Rooms must be vacated by 12.00 noon.
If you would like to stay longer please contact reception.


Can I leave any luggage in the Hotel?
Luggage can be stored in the bag-deposit until you collect it.


What are the restaurant opening times?
Our restaurant opens from 12.30 to 13.45 (last entry) and from 19.30 to 20.45 (last entry).


What time is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is up and running at 07.30 with freshly baked croissants.


Is it a long walk to the beach?
Absolutely not.
Even in your swimming costume, just cross the park and you can get to the beach establishment
where by 9.00am all the deck-chairs and sun-beds are set out.
Special towels are provided on request.


Where can I leave my car?
The hotel has a private, paying, car park that closes at night and the CCTV surveillance is checked by our staff.
There is also a smaller car park.


What about Internet access at the hotel?
"Wi-Fi" free in all the Hotel.
At disposal of our Hotel Guests, in the lobby "24 hours on 24", we have with free service an Internet corner


Is there a shuttle bus service that goes to the airport or to the main railway stations?
We don’t have a shuttle service, but we can organise a taxi service or mini-van hire
to go to Genoa C.Colombo airport or to the nearest station which is only 150m from the hotel.

Fire protection:
The hotel’s fire protection measures have been updated and certified according to the current standards.
Every room or area is equipped with fire extinguishers as well as special fire doors.
There are 13 short-circuit video cameras operating in all common areas.

Burglar Alarms and Security Protection:
Doors to rooms have security and anti-panic locks that cannot be opened if guests are inside the rooms.
Surveillance cameras record corridors as well as internal and external common rooms or spaces. All rooms have safe-boxes.
